In this workshop, leaders will have the time and space to rethink what productivity means during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using the proven Managed Change methods, leaders will define what remote productivity looks like. They will determine how to measure success, measure the gap from here to there, define key risks to success, and create a plan to help people accept and adopt the new view of productivity.
